Transportation Services 101
Do you have questions regarding the day-to-day business activities on ANR Pipeline? If the answer is yes, Transportation Services is the department to contact. The Transportation Services department consists of three critical groups:

1. Account Representatives,
2. Accountants, and
3. Volume Analysts.

These three groups work together to ensure that our customers understand how to do business on ANR Pipeline.

The Accountants can answer any question customers may have regarding invoices or outstanding receivables. The Volume Analysts' area of expertise involves nominating and scheduling as well as imbalance management. The Account Representatives handle questions concerning contracts and the tariff. Since Transportation Services interacts with many departments within ANR Pipeline, please feel free to call your Account Representative for information regarding whom to contact on specific issues.

Transportation Services works with the Operations department to ensure that customers are aware of any potential problems in the scheduling of transportation volumes. Transportation Services works closely with our Asset Optimization Group (Bid Room) that handles our discounting process.

Finally, Transportation Services provides training for customers on issues such as general tariff items, pipeline operations, storage, balancing services, nominations and scheduling, and capacity release. Any announcements regarding training sessions may be found on the electronic bulletin board, or you may call your Account Representative to inquire about a one-on-one session that may be scheduled either at our office or yours.
